Ordering & Delivery

To proceed your order, select either “Fresh Seasonal Products”, “Gourmet Foods”, or if you want to order products from a specific brands, go to “Shop by Brands”. You can click then to a type of product (“Poultry or Meat”, “Condiments and Pickles”, etc) or a brand (“Arroyabe”, “La Roumaniere”, etc).  From here you can click on each product you want to order, have a look at the description and “add to bag” the quantity you desire.

Once you are done choosing all your items, click on your “Shopping Cart” on the top right of the page. Please verify that all the items you want are listed and there are no mistakes in your order, you will not be able to amend your order once the payment has been made.

The next step will allow you to choose a time window for your products to be delivered. The delivery is free of charge if your order is equal or above $120.00. For all orders that are not compiling a total of product of $120.00, the delivery costs you $30.00.

According to the slots available, make your choice and be sure you will be at home at the time chosen! If you miss the delivery, we will call you to reschedule one. Please note that an extra cost of $30.00 will be charged to you.

In any case we need to pay for parking, or to enter a specific zone, we will ask you to reimburse Le Bon Marche for this extra fee. 

Once you have chosen your delivery time, you will proceed to the payment. The payment is made via Paypal only. You may log-in if you have a Paypal account or proceed as a “visitor” and complete all information asked. Note that Paypal accepts both MasterCard and Visa.

A confirmation email will be sent directly to your email address to confirm your order.

No cancellation will be accepted after the payment has been made.
